The Community Navigator Program (CNP) helps immigrant children and families overcome everyday challenges and connect with the resources they need to thrive. Through personalized case management, we provide support with housing, food assistance, healthcare access, public benefits, and referrals to mental health services.
The program also offers English language classes, driver’s license education, financial literacy, citizenship preparation, translation and transportation assistance, empowering families to achieve long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and successful community integration.

The Job Readiness Program (JRP) equips immigrant teens (ages 16+) and adults with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to secure meaningful employment and achieve economic stability. Through comprehensive workforce development services, participants build confidence, prepare for today’s job market, and take the next step toward rewarding careers.
The program offers career readiness workshops, resume writing, job search assistance, interview preparation, personalized career coaching, mentorship, industry-aligned vocational training, and job placement support. Together, these services help participants develop the skills and experience needed to succeed in the workforce, while contributing meaningfully to the community they now call home.

Many immigrant youth face assimilation gaps disrupted learning experiences, leadership mentors and limited access to academic support services. PTS addresses these challenges by providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment where children and teens can learn and grow with confidence. IRI’s youth development program designed to support and empower underserved immigrant children and teens as they overcome academic barriers, adapt to new social environments, and build essential life skills for long-term success. Some of the core programs include homework assistance, literacy and reading support to improve proficiency, academic tutoring and mentoring, and youth development activities that strengthen character, leadership, and resilience. The program also integrates creative storytelling and writing to amplify youth voices, alongside STEM enrichment activities that promote curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
